10/10/10 is a Fitness and Nutritional Program created by D. Michael Thompson. 10/10/10 is a nonprofit organization designed to motivate, educate, and encourage fitness challenges for those who struggle with exercising and eating healthy on a consistent basis. Our motto is “30 Minutes of Activity a Day Will Change Your Life.”
Our goal is to create fun, simple fitness routines, host pop-up shops and boot camps, as well as creating delicious menus that encourage people to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our program challenges the mindset of the cliché “There are not enough hours of the day.
Now, more than than ever, our mental health, and quality of life have been challenged. The current pandemic, wildfires, and downright depressing news stories inundate our minds constantly. Did you know with as little as 30 minutes a day, and five days a week, that exercise can boost your mood, and all-around mental health?! Researchers concluded this after analyzing the responses of 1.2 million adults who participated in a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) survey.
Good news…. exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous or take a lot of time out of your day. Studies show moderate levels of exercise is enough. That's roughly the equivalent of a brisk walk, while simultaneously holding a conversation
Our program not only strives to promote healthy living lifestyles but to help causes near and dear to many.
Although our organization has been in operation for 3 years word of mouth and social media has allowed this fitness program to gain a huge following in such a short period of time. This following consists of individual participants, personal trainers and organizations across the world.
